Co-Founder & Director | Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist Amputee Rehabilitation
Adam has worked in prosthetics and amputee rehabilitation for over a decade, supporting individuals of all ages through every stage of rehabilitation, from early post-amputation recovery to long-term functional independence.
With ten years’ experience in a large NHS regional prosthetic centre alongside established private practice, he has managed a wide range of complex cases, including congenital and acquired limb loss, multiple limb loss and polytrauma, paediatric prosthetics, and advanced prosthetic prescription. He is highly experienced in the assessment, fitting, and optimisation of advanced prosthetic technologies, including microprocessor-controlled knees and feet from leading manufacturers such as Ottobock, Össur, and Blatchford.
Originally qualified as an Athletic Therapist and Trainer before completing an MSc in Physiotherapy, Adam brings a strong focus on strength and conditioning and exercise physiology to his clinical practice. This enables the effective integration of prosthetic prescription with targeted physical conditioning, functional training, and performance-based rehabilitation to optimise outcomes.
In addition to his clinical role, Adam is a trained medico-legal expert witness and has completed the Bond Solon Excellence in Report Writing course. He provides clear, impartial, and well-reasoned expert opinions for both claimants and defendants.
Adam prioritises professionalism, integrity, and multidisciplinary collaboration, delivering individualised, evidence-based care while actively supporting informed choice and shared decision-making throughout the rehabilitation process.
